What to write to us about

App support
Trouble signing in, a listing that looks wrong, location or map issues, or anything else about the iOS and Android apps. Include your device, app version, and the place or benefit involved so we can reproduce it.
Report a benefit
The fastest way to report a wrong, expired, or missing benefit is the Report button on any listing inside the app. Email works too if you prefer, and we route it to the same review queue.
Businesses and organizations
If you offer a military discount or service and want it listed, or want to correct how your offer appears, tell us the business name, locations, the offer, who is eligible, and what proof you ask for.
Press, partnerships, and data
Media questions, partnership ideas, or requests to reference BenefitRecon data and guides. See our agent permissions file for how content may be quoted and attributed.
Privacy requests
Requests to access or delete your data, or questions about our Privacy Policy, go to contact@logestalabs.com. We will confirm your request before acting on it.
